I use elevator trim 'end' and 'home' when in transit but the rudder trim left is 'ctrl ins' and right is 'ctrl next'. But I don't have a 'next' key on my Microsoft keyboard. Any ideas anyone?

Maybe I should just bind those two commands to joystick buttons 11 and 12 which I don't really use.

On my keyboard the "next" key is the keypad key which has the word "next" subscripted on the "0" key.

Jim, I have bound those trims to the arrow keys (the block at the bottom between type keyboard and numbers block).
Rudder are the left and right arrows, elevator trim the up and down ones.

Oh, I thought we could only bind a WOFF command to a joystick button. I will try this thumbsup

FYI 1 is subscripted End, 3 is PgDn, 0 is Ins and . (period or full stop) is Del.

Not a 'next' in sight. Nor an 'any' key either biggrin

The keyboard is one of those bent 'Natural' Microsoft boards which I really like because I am a touch typist. Once you get used to it it is terrific. When I go to work I hit all the wrong keys and have to look at the keyboard pitchafit

Yes, you can use the keyboard too.
You may receive a note popping up, when you select a key you want to bind;
saying that this key is already bound elsewhere.
Then you can select "Go there" and unbind that key from that command.
After that, you can now use it.

It may be slightly confusing first, but it is a very useful way they did this.
You can actually come to a setup much to your personal likes, if you invest some time.
And it makes your joystick free for only those functions you REALLY need on the stick buttons.

At least not with these abilities. They built it new and more comfortable.
At first look it may be confusingly complex, but once you got it, you can set up ANYthing.
Have fun, Jim! I will enlist with the French now - want to fly SPAD.
