This is what I call my Breakfast of Champions ...

- Bacon, ham, sausage, 3 eggs over easy, 2 pancakes w butter & maple syrup, homefries, rye bread, jam & green tea.

This is what I call my Breakfast of Champions the other 360 days of the year biggrin ...

- A glucosamine pill, an omega-3 pill, a garlic pill and a glass of orange juice. (multigrain Cheerios on the weekends).

Does this sound strange to you?

USAF TDY breakfast at the chow hall...either morning breakfast or more likely drunken midnight chow

2-3 egg omelet...cheese, ham, onions, green peppers, tomatoes with hot sauce or Sriracha
hash browns
sausage or lots of bacon
2 biscuits
sausage gravy over everything!

Weekend breakfast at home maybe 5-6 times a year:

Fried potatoes in an iron skillet with onions and green peppers with about 6 eggs scramled in and cheese.

Occasionally a bowl of warm CoCo Wheats or cold cereal (usually shredded mini wheats).

More often then not on weekends:

Coffee...to wake up from the hangover for sim racing. wink

During the work week:

Mountain Dew and a banana

biggrin

My breakfast is 150mg of Levothyroxine. Every day. I never get up in time for breakfast,a really bad habit I know.

What I'd give for a full English some days (as long as there are no tomatoes,I hate grilled tomatoes).

Sounds great Linebacker. I love breakfast.

One of my favorites:

country fried steak
3 eggs over easy (loved to break up that yoke in the hash browns)
double order of hash browns (with salt and ketchup)
buttered white toast
order of biscuits and gravy
sliced up tomato (with salt and pepper)
sweet tea or a Coca Cola

Texas Pete if needing a little peppery bite

Beer and ice cream, however one must conceal thy intake of such provisions from female companions lest they be aghast.

Although I don't get to have it often, "Full Irish" is the only way to go, you can skip lunch after one.

I don't do breakfasts, which is good because I couldn't stand preparing a bunch of things when I'm half asleep in the morning anyway. I'd just as soon pour juice on my pancakes I'm so tired...

Granola bar + glass of water = my breakfast 360 days a year, the other 5 I eat out on vacation and have something more...but I'M not making it!

Two fried eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, hash-browns, all piled in between Texas toast; usually only made on the weekends lol

The other 5 days/week it's coffee and maybe a granola bar lol

I have water for breakfast too. It's just in my coffee.

Scrambled eggs with cheese, toast, grits, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns and a waffle. Washed down with black coffee.

Hey, Im a big fan of getting it on in the morning but I consider banging to be more of an appetizer to a good balanced breakfast! LOL biggrin

I think were all in the same boat here though ...

Mountain Dew and a banana?
Coffee?
150mg of Levothyroxine?
Beer and ice cream?
Grilled dog and ice cream?
Lil chocolate donuts (the Donuts of Champions LOL!)?
A Granola bar & a glass of water (reminds me of horse food ... yuk!)?

Really? What happened to The most important meal of the day?!!
