On a Balloon Busting mission in for the RFC, my flight was sent to take out an enemy balloon. We reached the target and shot the balloon down in flames. When we got back to base the debrief said that the target wasn't destroyed? We're we supposed to takeout the ground unit also? I did get credit for the balloon in my victory record. So I am confused as to why the debrief said not destroyed?

That's happened to me on several balloon busting missions in v1.19 also, including multiple rerun missions to go after it again. Same as you, my pilot got credit for the kill each time. Probably something they can easily fix

This is an ongoing issue. I don't remember what they did to try to fix it last time, but I guess it's still around.
