Guess they wanted to use quality equipment that they and choose german AFVs for that night.
The scenario is well made as a flexible training setup. The type of own equipment and the quality of enemy equipment can be chosen at sce. start. RED unit movement is completely random due to creative use of spawn-zones.
You the have to fight a delay-battle or withdrawal-under-preasure. One of the most challenging types of engagements as unit coordination is really really hard.
Most important: It was fun :-)
