If you notice the gear squat, I suspect he's commanded full opposite pitch on the rotors, resulting in them pushing down with a great deal of force.

That being said, nopenopenopenope.... biggrin

If you look closely you'll notice a grille at the centre of the helopad. The helicopter has a harpoon hook mounted on the underside that shoots into the grille and secures the helo to the pad.
