Today is my Birthday. Another year older...
I don't particularly look old, but I sure do feel it. Too many injuries over the years... Bullet holes and broken bones... Now replaced by odd aches and dull pains.
Oh well I guess... It was a hell of a ride getting here so far! LOL

Sorry Jim... While I have looked at Skaters and Snowboarders with envy and amazement... I am not a skater in any way shape or form. I got the 'nick' Skater in the Navy, for my uncanny ability to 'skate' out of any real or perceived #%&*$# duty, work detail, bad situation, ambush, etc. I've always had that ability... It took the Navy to give me a word for it, and it stuck. You needed get out of a particular watch... Talk to Skater. Need a log 'fixed'... Talk to Skater. Need a part for your critical piece of equipment that you just can't find and the QM or SK is telling you it's gonna take 6 weeks... Talk to Skater. That was me. Still is I suppose. I find things for people, and find a way to get it to them that it really does not cost them anything... It's just my way.  Thanks for the Birthday wishes though! -Skater

Happy birthday sir... Have you reached the age where you grunt when bending over for no appreciable reason? I will be 64 shortly and old injuries are coming back to haunt me. Just sports/work/bike accidents; nothing dramatic like yours  I also find I fart when lifting objects or climbing ladders now. (A tuneful guff per rung)
