Thought I would start a thread in the appropriate area.
A group of us (Feetwet, kludger, Raw Kryptonite, and myself) have started playing this as a bit of a break from Mechwarrior Online.
We are really enjoying it so far and find it quite challenging and tactical.
I know some people might have issue with being on the wrong side of the law, and lots of mission turn into a pretty serious bloodbath, but if you are ok with playing at being a baddie, this is a great game.
So, to start off the discussion, I found this skills calculator that is useful here: http://www.pd2skills.info/
I am having a blast with this game. Short missions for a pretty quick turnaround, it satisfies my collection addiction, and the challenge of trying to be stealthy is fun. I wish the AI was a little less incompetent...the missions get kindof difficult with fewer than 4 people. Can't wait to get home...nobody on, skyrim...people on, bank robber.

Thoroughly enjoying it. Wish we could get the gun attachments easier, but iron sights work well anyway. Nice to play actual roles, even if we're still figuring out how we want to run.
So PD2 just released a weapons pack. It is 4.99 on steam and has a couple items that I am interested in but I haven't decided yet. Waffle, waffle...
Bonus features for the community are: 1. Select fire mode for weapons 2. anyone can grab grenades from the asset drop if host has the WP 3. anyone on team can purchase extra assets, not just the host
Yeah nice video and good stealth attempt, I read one of the guides that recommended crouching when carrying the bags out so the civilians outside have less chance to see you and calling the cops.

Keeping it quiet isn't too bad in that mall mission at first either. Can't stay that way, but you can get a little ahead. I quietly cuffed the jewelry store guy from crouched and smashed the store, crouching whenever anyone got close. The guy was behind the counter. Then went to the wine store. Made it to the car, but couldn't stay quiet then. The key seems to be taking out every window, skylight and the glass under the railings, so you can't stay quiet forever.
Apparently that selectable single/auto fire was just a patch, not only in the dlc. I was able to choose single shot for my AUG. I don't remember that being there.
I wish the AI would do more than follow you, shoot and render first aid. If you could direct them to carry a bag it would be HUGE. And to hold an area instead of following you.
Feetwet and I spent some time last night trying to work on stealthy jobs.
We had two times when the AI ruined our mission for us. Would suggest disabling team AI maybe when doing stealth.
Some other things we found.
On maps with cameras (Diamond Store) if you take out the room with the security guard watching the cameras, you don't have to worry about cameras setting off alarms. Also, you can mark guards by watching the on security cameras.
ECM blocks people calling for police on cell phones, but doesn't block hard wired alarm switches (like at the Bank in the teller area).
We need to work on the 'Dominate' skill so we can get two guards to cuff themselves. Also, smooth talker allows 2 additional pagers to be answered by whoever has it. These will be necessary to stealth missions with more guards.

Good work. I saw the chat box up this morning, sorry I missed out. Steam is pretty much always on. I think I can upgrade the turret, but might have a drill efficiency option too that would probably be more beneficial.
