That is awesome news!! A good time to have upgraded my rig and started playing phase 3 again, I'll be ready for when it drops.

The problem for the OBD team, is that when they actually release it, their work is far from done as they will have a bigger testing bed reporting problems and patches will be needed etc. How long did it take phase 3 and Hitr before they got it to a place where no more patches were needed?

For OFF3 between release and the last mini patch was 6 months, I believe. For HittR it was only one month.
I don't recall any breaking issue.

Great news, I might start flying again. Looking forward to the release.

What isues did come up were very quickly patched, something like 2-3 days max.... They do a good job!
