I don't have a Kindle, but i've read the book. Damn good one too so i kept it in my collection...until my parents sold it in a garage sale frown

Great book, liked his other Vietnam stories, too.

If I recall correctly, he does a number on President Johnson in these books. President Johnson: "A man's liquor should have some color in it." <-- I think about that when I drink vodka.

1SG Vince Phillips in in a couple of chapters, charged a few machine gun nest, jumped into a Bradley, rescued 2 SF guys trapped, great stuff... retired, became a Naples police officer, I had to train him, felt wrong me training him, lol... great guy thou.

Got it too. I am in the middle of one book on the Kindle but will read this one next.

I love the kindle, I have read more with this thing in six months than I did in the last three years. I never thought I would love this thing but I really do like it.
