Installed F-18 recently with TSH 4.02 It does work but sometimes it freezes in flight. Sometimes after 5 minutes, sometimes after 30. Most of the time game freezes after recovery on board.
It's really frustrating to fly all the way to the target and back and then not be able to finish the mission. It freezes all the time. The only thing that helps is CTRL+SHIFT+DEL
Tried different compatibility options, Win98, XP and different Game priorities set in TSH Manager.
Don't know what to do with it.

Try version 3.06, it's not much different than 4.02

If you have to start over, use the one click upddater. You install the stock game and the one click updater installer everything else to bring you up to 3.06, the version VFA-41 flies.

The one click updater includes the official patch, Iraq pack and THS stuff.

I installed stock game and TSH 3.06. I used JSGME version. It works so far. Flew one mission almost two hours with out any problem. Probably TSH 3.06 it did the trick.

Yep, it works! AI most of the time recovering without boltering. Game runs grate. Thanks for advice!
