What is the most expensive addon for a sim that you have seen?

If you want to fly the PMDG 777-300ER for FSX, it'll set you back 150 million dollars. screwy

Here is a news story about it, in case they change the price on the page. http://www.simflight.de/2013/11/03/150000000-00-fuer-die-pmdg-777-300er-expansion/

(sorry if this has been mentioned in the forums..I didn't readily see a thread on it)

Nice one, I'm sure if it was a Star Citizen ship it would sell by the dozen...

They did this before with another release from PMDG. They put the link up prerelease with a 'real world' price until the day of release.

The Idris corvette for Star Citizen costs $1250.

But it is not exactly an addon because you can get it in game with the 35 dollar package using in game credits.

some of the military planes I bought for FS9 / FSX where about $70. I thought the C-130 from Capt Sim was over a hundred bucks.

I don't think I've ever paid for an actual add on for a sim.

I did however pay around $2500 to ramp up for the new race sims that are out or coming out. New computer, obutto cockpit with two monitors, and G27 wheel.

You had to love the terms of sale for the membership- you get everything we have made and will make for the next year as a download and/or the DVDs will be sent to you. Ruin or lose a disk, we'll send it all to you again, with a smile.

Excellent customer service at that place. thumbsup
