That's a good price ( I already own SABOW)

APOS is £24, though!

I thought it had been around £5.00. Perhaps I should have bought it then!

I have a problem with the gamersgate.com website.

On the purchase webpage, the https connection between my browser and their server is not entirely secured : the icon in the address bar is greyed, not green (like with gmail or amazon). I have tried with Chrome, Firefox, and Opera, all 3 browsers gave me a bit of a warning. I have also tried with IE10 but it doesn't give any valuable information about the quality of https the connection.

I am reluctant to share my CC details with this website... What is the opinion of people who are familiar with gamersgate ?

All payments go through external payment services like PayPal, etc. After confirming the order you will be redirected to the payment service's site and it is secure I guess.

Got it. Gamer'sGate has always been safe. I've been purchasing things from them for some time now.

I've just reinstalled SABOW today. Patched no problem and has good performance. I've been working through the playing guide sticky on Graviteam's forum.

I thought I remembered how to play but it's all coming back slowly.

In a quick battle I watched burning crewmen evacuate an enemy tank that I'd hit. This game has a bit too much realism!

Graviteam started that with Steel Fury. Whenever I see of poor devil running ablaze I machine gun him to spare him the agony of 3rd degree burns.... ar15

Thanks for the answers guys.
The problem might have come from an unsecure weblink at the bottom of their webpage (www instead of https://www), but I am no expert.
I have proceeded with the purchase despite my initial worries.

Steel Armour Blaze of War is at £3.75/€5 again on Gamersgate. Europeans can also use the co.uk site to save a few cents. biggrin

Really would have liked to see sabow get green lighted on steam. I know not related to this. I was curious to see what would have or could have happened.

Im not sure whats up with that. SABOW was one of the very first Greenlight titles, and lots and lots of much more obscure games have been greenlit since, so its not a matter of popularity surely.

Also would really like to see all Graviteam games on Steam. It would help with accessibility(no more patching nonsense), would help with user base and general sales numbers(everything on Steam sells better), and probably price too.
Just look at Jeff Vogel, former commander of Fort Niche, who become a popular indie game salesman thanks to Steam, bundles, and discounts. biggrin
The guy still makes hardcore RPGs that look a decade old in terms of graphics, yet his audience multiplied after embracing a lower price point, and indie bundles as a form of free marketing.
