your kidding right... graphics on the 360 are terrible... but that's because they are standard textures, remember in 3 you had to install the HD textures from disk 2...
other then that:
Don't like the map, nothing but ridiculous sniper shots and normally you could counter a sniper in most BF3 maps, but here it is very hard to get up to them or to smoke/flank them.
It plays like 3.5...
I've played both PC and 360... PC is of course best in graphics and sounds, but to start up a game, load and get in takes forever and requires 3 thinks to be running, origin, browser, then game... absolutely ridiculous. Also, due to more people in PC, plays too fast for me, I prefer smaller teams with room for tactics and teamwork. PC BETA also has spectator view, but not the 360... I hope that's just for the beta... the 360 version looks terrible, standard textures I believe, usually you install a HD texture pack... but the ease of getting in and play is better.
So still trying to decide... skipping the 360, and going for either the PC or ONE, hoping they haven't back tracked on their 1080p @60fps for the ONE.

Its totally unplayable for me on a good system. Its like playing in molasses. 3.5 Ghz 6 core AMD, HD 7870 3 Gig graphics card 8 gig ram. BF3 plays fine on maximum on my system. I will not buy it unless its fixed. Ah, at last someone else who is having problems!! I can't play either, getting about 5fps on low!

I've given up on PC games years ago, sick of trying to keep up with the specs to run these games Thats exactly where I am now and why Im getting an xbox one. I cant be bothered having to jump through hoops to just get a game to run.

The graphics are awful. But, if I recall, the beta for BF3 wasn't good either.
I don't like the map. The map has only 2 colors, gray and orange. Orange for the silhouette for the guy that just killed you (which looks AWFUL, by the way) and gray for EVERYTHING ELSE.
AND I HATE THAT THEY RE-MAPPED SOME OF THE CONTROLS ON THE GAMEPAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why would they mess with the controls for driving? Instead of the triggers for gas and break it's now the analog stick!!! And they moved the "identify enemy" button from the "back" button to the right bumper?!?!?!? That alone has gotten me killed 50 times already, while I've accidentally opened the damn Battle Log! Who needs to access that while they're playing? And they moved the "enter vehicle" button from "B" to "X". WHY?!?!?!? ARGH!!!!!!!
So far this game has only succeeded in doing ONE thing: It's made me appreciate BF3 all the more.
That said, I'm pretty certain I'll end up buying it for the 360 and then upgrade to the Xbox One.

WOW!! I'm surprised at how many people are so mad at a demo. I've played quite a bit on the 360 version and the problems I've experienced are pretty much as expected. Horrible video issues, hard time getting in with squad, xbox live issues while playing , etc....but with all that said....it's a demo and it hasn't changed my mind on the game one bit.
As far as snipers, we haven't had any problems with them at all. All three main buildings have elevators that take you to the top floor and they become easy kills. Then you wait a few seconds for them to come up again and they are fish in a barrel when the elevator doors open. Not to mention having someone decent in the heli eliminates them instantly.
As far as the button remapping, again I see no problems. Just switch to veteran mode and all controls revert back to BF3. I personally prefer the new settings. Having the "identify" button as the RB is exactly what I wanted. It's just more natural and easier to perform IMO than the back button. Not sure why they would make some of the other changes but after playing for a while, it becomes second nature like anything else.
I'm expecting that the game will shine on the XBOX One, which they can't demo at all because obviously the system isn't out yet but for now, I would agree that this is just an added map to keep the masses happy.
Nice hat, looks good on you though.

slash, thanks for the tip about "veteran" mode. I'll check that out. I don't like the RB to identify enemies because it feels awkward to do it while firing the right trigger. Just feels weird.
And using the analog stick for forward/reverse instead of triggers just goes against what 99% of every driving game does. Again, awkward for controls. I'll definitely be switching to veteran mode.
I agree, I think the game will be terrific when it comes out (even for the 360, let alone XBO) but it doesn't make me feel any better about the demo. I actually liked the demo of BF3 better. I played that non-stop till the game was released. This demo? I really don't care if I play it again at all (though I'm sure I will).
