Hi I just got Apache Vs Havok and Comanche Vs KA-52 Hokum on GoG. I really like helicopter games but I loaded Apache and I see no way of changing the controls. I would like to set them to be more modern and how I like them. Is there any way to change the keyboard controls and add mouse support instead of joystick? Either by a ini or cfg file or is there a mod that can change the controls for both these games? I'm downloading the mods on this forum right now but don't see anything about controls. Thanks

Hi. Welcome to EECH! There's no way to remap the keyboard controls (not yet anyway, until a developer adds it).

hmm, I never played this game that I bought because of the keys. I forgot you couldn't change the keys and re-downloaded just now to realize I want to play it but I need to map my own keys. Since you cant do it in game. Does anyone know of any free windows software that can save keyboard remaps as profiles so when I play the game I can remap the windows keys to = the game keys but where I want. Then switch back to a default key map when I'm done playing? Like a software that can take like what the game requires as [ ] to do something but I change in some software [ ] to equal q and e only when i want to play the game? I know there has to be some software that does this, and probably free. Can someone recommend one?
