If you talk about Falcon BMS,you have to do it from the Windows Control Center (I think thats the name in English,I use a German Windows 7 Version)->Programs->Uninstall Programes,again I'm not sure how's it called in the English version but you should get the idea. There you have to look for Falcon BMS in the list.
If you use the Stock Falcon 4.0,sorry I can't help out there.
Edit: Ah,you propably tried that already. I have no idea then,sorry.
Another Edit: You could try to run the Setup.exe,the same thats used to install. On some programes it gives the option to uninstall.
