I installed REDUX last night and everything seemed to go fine, other than a really long initial load of the sim. This might have been system related, but it launches fine now. I was just wondering for TF mod installs, is it OK to begin REDUX GB even though hasn't been updated for the TF Mod?

I actually flew the first mission without trouble, but wanted to make sure that I am on the right path. Nice making the new guy fly Tail End Charlie. :0

Edit: I believe that my screen loading issue was because of running FRAPS and having KB2670838 installed. Resolved.

Yes the RAF REDUX campaign works fine with the TF MOD, it just hasn't been optimised.

However by popular demand...we have updated the RAF campaign now to make the most of the TF Mod!

Here it is for you. You can just install it over your existing campaign and continue, but it will give you new high alt missions, new objects and new 100 Octane RAF and LW aircraft.

One more question please; will it keep the stats from the first mission if I install the update? The reason that I ask is that I bagged two Dorniers and as poorly as I fly and shoot, those two are dear! Thanks.

Yep, you should continue just where you left off, both the mission and the score.
