Hehe Az Great games last night with you guys as usual, even despite the LRM rain we had fun and doled out some pain. I had to drop too when my daughter woke up, so missed out on the light/conquest rounds but look forward to trying that again one of the next few nights, I might pick up a COM-2D or RVN-3L for it (something with ECM to stop the LRM tears of sorrow)

Malibu, I didn't have fraps running, so didn't get that, sorry.
Ya, the rounds at the end with the lights was good. Basically you just have to know when to disengage. First round in the 3L, I was being stubborn and didn't break off (even when it was suggested), and paid for it. After that, did pretty well.
Lots of fun. Will look today at upgrading the engine in my 3L, should have enough C-Bills for it.
Cheers!

Cheers! No worries. It's probably better that there is no record of that match for me anyway... I'm going to stop buying mechs for a while and hopefully stockpile up a huge stack of CB. If I do that, I'll probably feel OK with grabbing an XL245 to use for my Ravens. After last night, I definitely feel like the state-rewinding and fixing of the Raven hitboxes have brought an end to rain of the "lol invinci-ravens". A little more speed would definitely help.

A lot of fun. We did well in public, even when we lost I thought. Also DOMINATED the SimHQ TS server with 2 rooms going and only Guod in the rest of the building. Still cleaning up after Arma night I think. After a crappy week, this week looks better. Saw my k/d go from 1.21 to 1.06. Doesn't mean much, but it does reflect that I haven't been making it through enough matches at least ALIVE, even if with no kills. Now I've got my fun Centurion, old faithful Stalkers, couple of Atlases I'm "ok" with....and a semi-splat cat. Couldn't do much else with my 3rd catapult, so after we shut down last night I threw 6 SRM6's and a LPL on it. Had a great time with it and dealt out a crap load of damage. It's teetering on the edge of cheesy, but the LPL is part of the fun, and could even be an ERLL if I want to swap out. I'll be on tonight for some lightish-medium-heavy action. Will try to hold off with the assaults. Great games last night!

A couple of snapshots of the SimHQ team on MWO last night, leaving base on another search and destroy assault on the new map: Malibu's Cat, Mojo's Flame and maybe Kelen's Phract... Spyder's Atlas and Kelen's other 'Phract: Great fun Tues night as usual, we are on TeamSpeak most nights besides Tuesday as well for anyone that wants to join.

I've got 3 days left of premium time and I thought I would take a break for a few days off. Then the wife drops a bombshell. She asks, 'Do you mind if I go see the folks next week?' ... here is to never sleeping again...

I want to run a Raven (3L) so bad, but I feel that when I commit to a new chassis, I have to go all the way and buy 3 of them. It is paying off, however, with my Jenner. I bought Speed Tweak last night and now max out at 153kph. Catch me if you can!

I may get a 3L. It's the only one capable of the largest engines right? Besides ECM, it's got the 2 missile slots that I think would be good on one of these hit and run mechs.

Well, I keep doing the math and I can't get the 6 ac2 build to work. It would be too slow and too hot to matter. :-(
I can get a 6DD with 4 ac2 (450 rnds) and 2 mLas that can go 60. That may be my next purchase. I'm like Az...if I start a mech I have to at least elite it.

Thank goodness... the LRMs are definitely feeling buffed, saw a screenshot where someone did 3000+ damage in one round last night, and that has brought out lots of LRM boaters looking to profit while they can which makes it even worse, cover is absolutely necessary until hotfix and I only feel safe in my ECM. Hotfix is definitely appreciated.

If I was doing that, I'd have gone with an A1 with 6 SRM's. This is a legitimate build. the LPL does it's job, and very handy when the ammo runs out. Now I've got an all energy Cat, a half missile/half energy and a mostly missile/some energy cat. The full spectrum. Should be unlocking the elite skills tonight.

Speaking of questionable builds, I think Kludger's is coming under review after a few rounds like this.
