What tools would I need to get the perfect circular rounding?I tried many methods, none is perfect.

Or another question-What tool do with a flat surface  rounded?

I can't really make out that image, what you're trying to do.

I think you talking about Multiply - Subdivide.
And second question - try Modify - Bend tool, it have some setting then you press N key.

I think it's subdivide you need. Try selecting the edges and see if they can be subdivided, or try selecting the entire polygon.

The problem is that subdivide will just add more points to the straight lines, so you'd need to move the points to make it rounded.

Another question-I have heard many opinionson this topic.
Or adding NEW texture to the cockpit in eech is simple,or there are limits, and is with this issue?
I heard that you can use only existing textures, the new can not be added.
What is the truth?
I know eechcentral tutorials, but is somewhere guide on how to add a new texture to cockpit?

You can add new textures no problem. All the textures in my Blackhawk cockpit so far are new. I'm using 32bit BMP files.

If you're replacing an existing texture, just replace the current textures file with your new one. If it's a new texture, just make sure it's in the textures folder.

I'm planning on writing up some tutorials on what I learn when doing the Blackhawk cockpit.

If you want to ask specifics that you're working on, then PM me, or send me shots of what your doing.

Here's a good video on the basics of UV mapping, which is what you need to know about to add textures.

I'm not sure what you mean. Could you send me screen shots step by step what you do? It took me a while to get it right, but if I could see what you're trying to do I'll probably be able to help.

Ok. From the screenshot I saw, it might be the wrong surface you're editing. If you select a polygon, and select the information button along the bottom, it'll show which surface it is assigned to. You could also create a new surface yourself and use that.

This is the tutorial I found most helpful to show how to UV map

The default models exported from EECH have quite annoying surfaces. As you can see, they're all listed Surface001, 002 etc etc. It's not very helpful to know what surface you need. Whenever I'm editing a model, I generally assign a new surface to the polygons I'm editing and call it something meaningful, like MFD surround for example, then texture that surface.

If there is a surface in the scene that has no polygons assigned to it, then when you save and reopen, that surface gets removed. So in this way, you could replace all surfaces with meaningful names.

Thank you, a great tutorial.Just add to eechentral, do not need anything more, along with the film on yt. It is already the first success, still have a problem with surfaces, but slowly moving forward.

Works!!! bananadance BUT questions:
When I texture left side hud (1)is ok, but when I try the same on right side (2) texture disappears from the first  and appears on the right.I must create new surface for all sides ?
OR How do I make all the textures were mirror on the left and right at the same time?

I think if you go into the Map tab at the top, there's an option for Copy UVs. You could try to copy the UVs from the left over to the right.

All working great , but when I try convert to eeo i have this communicate:

edit
This is probably the cost of learning wink On the new model works all.Another question-when I give color to some surface, it becomes clear, invisible, why? How to change it? I do not change anything in the settings of the color, none of transparency, nothing.

1. That mean you set texture for this poly, but not make UV. Select all polys in the scene and press I key, scroll to #10, deselect it and invert selection. You can find out what is wrong.
2. Maybe you need to flip polys of this surface? My advice - do not use untextured surfaces. You can make small spot on texture and place UVs in this point.
