Dont think of it as being vastly outnumbered ... but just having a large target selection.
The only thing more accurate than incoming fire, is incoming friendly fire

Sounds interesting, adlabs. Whoa, I was thinking of creating a mission set in that town. Now I'll move it to another one. Hopefully I'm motivated enough to finish it. Hey no reason to move! That town is very interesting. It's the first time I've really looked at it, you could do lots of ideas there. Have at it!

Good gameplay today. Got to enjoy a couple of different leaders adding their own twist to the action.
Turnout was a bit low, so the new mission I previewed above will wait for next time.
I was happy to see that both the experimental scripts appeared to work. The crashed plane was clearly burning and smoking through the whole mission this time, and the AI were much more dangerous in the dark. The JIP players seeing daytime was the only issue, and I think I've already got that solved.

A good game session, would be a real shame if the devs have stopped supporting this game ... and it would be nice of them to tell us if they have finished all work on it ... (then perhaps they could open it for the modding community that would be great) EDIT just read on the unofficial IF forums that the investors have pulled the plug on IF44 so mo further work will be completed, and the DEVs are under a NDA so cannot talk about it LINK A sad day for a game that had a great deal of potential

that's a shame but I would forgive if they just opened up for modding. I don't understand why it has to be like this They can't open up modding because of the license they have for the engine, a shame yes, but the game is still fun as it is.

Iron Front and D-Day still are working on my PC. I'll be happy to be hosting Iron Front Saturdays as long as Doug feels we have a good turnout. We've got new missions still waiting to be played, new scripts we've built to enhance AI during those fun night missions, and missions still in planning/construction.

I think all it means for us is no new content or patches .... but with the people who make our missions being so creative (adlabs, Meatshield, Tigerwolf and Saghen) it really doesn't matter ... The gamespy thing is more worrying though, If that goes what happens to the way we connect to the server ?
