I really like the look of the OPFOR in ARMA3 and wouldn't mind playing as them. I don't in the previous ARMA's as I don't really like the Russian hardware in ARMA. These look badass (anyone wanting to start an argument over how disgusting it is that BI are doing near-future please go elsewhere...) I like the look of the tanks too but not sure which faction these are with but presume Soviet as there is a Havoc flying over one in a screenshot. Like the sloped turret like the Israeli Merkava. EDIT: actually looks like both sides have similar tanks:

These screens do look awesome. Just wondering Mace,are you buying into the Alpha,and if so what one? Think I'll go for the £20 one,looks like a good deal. Mick.

Yeah, I'm getting the £20 Alpha version too, nothing of any real value for me in the next one up. I have to wait until Thursday to get it though

I fin it strange that the Iranians are using Israeli equipment in this game but that said, they look great.

Dont think of it as being vastly outnumbered ... but just having a large target selection.
The only thing more accurate than incoming fire, is incoming friendly fire
