As the title says, admittedly I've been trying to get a not so legal version working because EZdok is too expensive(all I want is the camera shake) for my tastes and it keeps giving me errors that lockup my PC, but I can't find anything free that adds a similar effect, was hoping someone might know of one, for FSX of course.

First: being "too expensive for my tastes" equals not an excuse to go illegal. You gotta pay to play.

Second, its not free but it is cheap and its less expensive:

Camera shake - not that I know of.

Camera addon: Wheelcam (http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=de&sl=auto&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.g-daehling.de%2Ffs2004%2Fmodules.php%3Fname%3DContent%26pid%3D2)

Banking camera: http://fsx.voidstar.co.za/

Wheelcam and banking cam work quite well together.

Yeah I have Track IR I only need the camera movement that EZdok has, I don't know it just adds so much to the fun of it for me.

OpusFSX includes a EZDok like camera control, so if you need a decent weather engine too and don't have either, then maybe that is one way to offset the price getting two for one.

Doesn't FSX have built-in head/camera movement? I don't have EZDok, OpusFSX or TrackIR but I do get an effect e.g. when accelerating or banking. Maybe the effect can be augmented by editing one of the .cfg files?

I do use AccuFeel, but I don't think that is causing the effect.

None of these are quite the same as EZdok's effect, it's more like your head is knocking around or the plane is moving around and your head is gyrating to make up for the movement, this other stuff is all very subtle just plane shaking and such. It's a real shame that it's so expensive.

Way to go, you just told everyone around here that you are flying pirated addons on a probably pirated FSX because I assume that if you think EZDOC is too expensive for your taste, every other high-end addons as well as the base sim as well are way off your budget.

Pathetic...
