Hello all
I just got a Thrustmaster Warthog and the throttle doesn't work in F4 BMS. Even though I've read the manual, I still have no idea on how to use TARGET. Any ideas.

Well, one, you don't neeeeeed to use TARGET to use the Warthog, but it can unlock special features that you can't get otherwise (off-idle naturally).

Normally to use a controller in BMS you select your primary X-Y flight stick controller in the drop down menu in the BMS/F4 options then specify other axes from other controllers in the extra area that has range knob, antenna elevation, left brake, right brake, throttle, right throttle, etc.

Might I suggest using Morphine's profile for the Warthog?

Thanks for your reply. I haven't found Morphine's profile yet. I'll keep looking. I'm new at this--I don't know how to load a T.A.R.G.E.T. profile, let alone write one.

I'll have to try that profile myself once i get my acccount activated over at BMS, i was pruned out due to not posting, but it won't let me post. Have contacted them so hopefully i can get my account activcated this time.

With that profile, you do not need to write anything. Just follow the instructions and you're good to go! And loading a profile is easy, if you can't figure it out after downloading the profile, I can walk you through it.

I'm beginning to feel pretty damned stupid here. I can't find the damned profile download link. I found the profile page and it's outstanding. I know the link's right in front of my face.

Glad to have helped. The first link is the text "Morphine's profile," but I did not highlight that line so it's quite difficult to find... unless you put your mouse over the text.
