It was a graphics card issue - sorted now with much trial and error :-) I've been looking at F4 BMS, but as I do not have F4, I can't use BMS - and prices I have seen for F4 are crazy !!
weeelll you could just get a copy of the ISO floating on pirate bay - it has a lot of seeders, i can see what you mean about buying it - on ebay there is one seller and its 77.00 as a bundle with some other things. I bought Falcon AF legit, but then i saw all the work being done with Falcon BMS and so well i have bought so many games of late legitimately i didnt feel too bad just getting this old one of noone is willing to sell it.

What did you change.. I am having exact same problem with GTX 580 cards
