Do any folks here know if UPS or FedEx will come out to one's house and pack and ship? A member of the fine SimHQ community would like to buy my Obutto. He lives in Canada, so I am investigating what my best options are in terms of shipping it to him.
I don't have room in my car to bring the Obutto to a shipper, not even in its dissassembled state. Also, the original shipping box is at my ex-GF's place in an adjacent city, and I can't fit that in my car, either.
Any advice on the best way to pack and ship this bad boy to Canada would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Does anyone have the exact measurements (or able to get 'em) for the distance between the frame/pipes on oZone's pedal tray?
Trying to figure out what the largest footprint for rudder pedals is that will fit inside the frame without having to modify it. (I have a pair of Hall Sensor modded Thrustmaster Elite pedals I'd like to use, but they're 16 3/8 x 13 1/2 and it looks like they might be just an inch too wide?)

Thanks! What is the distance between the two pipes on the floor (before it tapers off towards the front)? EDIT: Teej forwarded me this image (courtesy of 531Ghost) which answered my question.

Hellow
I´m thinking to buy an Obutto Ozone.
I use car simulators, flight simulators and of course FPS.
My question is, can i have all operative? or for example for FPS or flying i have to remove the steering wheel.
Greetings

Hey Rikus, You can run all 3 types of games, I used to, but now just play FPS when I'm not working in my cockpit. Something about the mindless fun of playing the same old shooter you've played for 10+ years heh! When racing, if you prefer a proper race driving position (ie wheel high & close to you), all you would need to do is loosen two knobs and lower your steering wheel some, and then slide your seat all the way back, rotate your keyboard tray in front of you, telescope it away to good position and your ready. Likewise, if you want to fly (centre stick), instead of rotating your keyboard tray around in front, just slot your stick (while already attached to the oZone flight stick mount) into it's mounting post that's already bolted onto the frame, tighten a knob down and you're gravy. When not flying, I would always just pull the stick/mount and lay it on the floor next to my cockpit just to get it out of the way. Hope this answers your questions

Hey folks, as a quick heads up we are developing some new kit for the oZone & r3volution cockpits, in terms of mounts. I'm always listening to all you oZone & r3v owners and once I get inspired I come up with something that will provide more goodness for your setups. In the coming months we will be releasing a few new accessories that I think will be right in line with what I hear most peeps requesting. Either keep your eye on this thread or come by and ck out our NEW obutto site for the quickest updates. One quick tip to oZone users that want to mount a display, for instruments, under their middle monitor, just like folks do on their r3vs. All you need to do is flip your main mount upside down, drill a VESA bolt pattern, attach your monitor, and you're gravy. Obviously this is more for you stick & rudder types Happy sim'ing!!! Chris ps: sry for the double post Guod pss: Damn Ghost, nice job on your cupholder man! Well done!
