Try searching for the baloo plans or such(look in the forum here, sokol1 posted it some years ago) for some pedal dimensions. Its a nice pdf that was made in Brazil.
As for the trottle, there was made a replica some time ago by a french company. Also posted a couple of years back in this forum. There are people who have bought it. Do a little search.....

I've got a Tarmac Aces throttle.
Labelling your pic I get these measurements


a 140mm
b 127mm
c 65mm
d 160mm
e 50mm
f 46mm

d is a bit hard to measure without dismantling and there is ~1mm accuracy for the rest.
These measurements enough?
