I've finally sat down and given a serious look at the Comanche Gold mission editor, and I have to say, I've pretty much mastered it.

I have five new missions in the works. Nothing fancy, just a few missions that I have had fun making.

Naturally I test them all!


The training missions are pretty sweet,
the others are well balanced, not exclusive difficult, but interesting and playable.
There are moving objects in some of the missions and this is a
step in the right direction.
Very often the positions of the enemies are a good surprise and real challenge.

just one small remark - in one mission the battlefield is very
far from the startpoint but it is not a mistake.

on your question - my favorit custom mission is NOMADS LAND

the conclusion:
you show a potential of a good mission maker - I knew it :-)


in future - because I believe that you will not stop here
maybe you will try some triggers or mapchange :-)

Yeah the 'Arms Expo' mission has the mission area quite far away from the start point. This was intentional, as most of the original missions are quite small and are at an unrealistic short range from the base. I also wanted to set the objective in this mission further away, so that the player could 'enjoy' the flight without having to worry about getting shot at... and when you get there, you are 'rewarded' with a display of nearly every enemy unit in the game (but - SPOILER ALERT - they don't fire at you)!

I still have some ideas for more missions, but I don't know when I'll get round to making those. I just wanted to make a bundle and get them out there as a contribution to the mission making community.
