i was hoping LOMAC was on a steam sale, but it's not :(, even on steam. LOMAC can be purchased in the United States through Ubisoft if you want a digital download.

>shock waves As for FC2, it does simulate speed of sound that you dont hear engine exhaust of the plane flying towards you in supersonic and it makes a big boom sound when she passover your head.
>Supersonic cone As far as I know, you dont see the cone in FC2.

Just curious, does DCS advertise at all? All I've seen is a couple of forum posts. Are they just word of mouth or are they pushing the product anywhere else?

Just curious, does DCS advertise at all? All I've seen is a couple of forum posts. Are they just word of mouth or are they pushing the product anywhere else? Let's just say I don't think EA, Activision, THQ, Ubisoft, or pretty much ANY publisher you've heard of is holding up ED's marketing as a great example. They don't have much money for it, so they don't, and I think that does contribute to a lower number of sales. However, how big a market is there for this sort of stuff? My guess is the extra spent on marketing would probably cancel out the extra sales in a best case scenario. Worst case they bring in LESS money. This isn't the 90s, the internet is more than capable of getting people to notice if a product is really appealing to the masses. ED is probably better served catering to its existing customer base and getting them to spread the news than to do any big ad campaigns. The Jedi Master

ED knows who its customers are. A discreet announcement here will get them far more sales success than a full page ad in PC Gamer.

Yeah, they pull everyone's chain until 2 days before months end and throw this out. Notice they didn't give a new potential date. This tells me they weren't even close. We all have 40 bucks more to put towards something else

It tells me they believe release dates jinx them! If they don't say when, it can't be late can it?

Ricarcdo confirm your cockpit HD go into FC3 http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1571688&postcount=24Hello, you're right, ED bought my artwork on FC2 pits. I spent a lot of time to give them a version that was cleaned from all english typos. With theses files they will be able to provide an acurate russian version. That could be a reason wh they started to change the architecture of the pit's files. Since the next version, i will not fly the 25T anymore....it disturbs me too much to fly with the original pit!
