Version 2.40 of Gunship! Tactical Reference improves the Custom Platoon Builder dialog by adding the names of the units and platoon you're building (see picture below), rather than your having to remember what # goes with which unit/vehicle/platoon. You can also type in a new unit/vehicle #, then click 'Refresh' and instantly see the name of it, to make sure you typed the right #: Above, I've created a transport platoon consisting of an Osprey and Chinook, accompanied by a Kiowa with .50cal cannon as fire cover. Since it's a flyable platoon, I can pilot the Kiowa and fire its cannon. Here's the main screen: You can download the new version here: Gunship! Tactical Reference

I've uploaded version 2.51 of Gunship! Tactical Reference Browser. It adds the ability to reconfigure the CH47 Chinook's armor strength, weapons, and infantry on-board. You can also reconfigure the OH58D Kiowa's armor strength and weapons: Also, the readme.txt now explains better about the Kiowa. The Kiowa was always in the stock game but was not included in any platoons. You can, though, click the 'Build Custom Platoon' button in TacRef to add it to a platoon as vehicle 59. When you do that, TacRef also corrects the top speed and acceleration factor to be more accurate, but doesn't change the weapons loadout, which, in the stock game, consists only of 2 Stinger anti-aircraft missiles. You can, though, reconfigure the Kiowa's armor strength and weapons using the new screen above.

In the meantime, i wonder if Flyboy archived it by any chance? Trawled his site,no luck.. I just found "WillsGunshipToolDist (3)", and "Gunship! Tactical Reference Tool", which is dated 2005, so probably not the one you're looking for mate. Do let me know if you want either or both of those tools.

In the meantime, i wonder if Flyboy archived it by any chance? The only GS! files that I keep track of and archive are the ones by samovar6, as I host/mirror his files.

You mean like by me hosting it?
I wouldn't mind at all, I'd probably just upload it all to a folder and not bother to do a webpage for it... so you know, it all appears as a simple directory listing.
Just be advised that, as I use a free webhost, I can only upload files up to 5Mb (and sometimes files around 4.5Mb get deleted too). Not ideal I know.
So I wouldn't mind hosting the smaller files, but you might even like to host them somewhere yourself if it's just a case of using free webspace (that way it would cut out me, the 'middleman')! Great! I'll send you a link to my Skydrive. Cheers
