If you were recording ACMI, it might be tacview casing the issue.
Check user/acmi folder in BMS directory, there has to be corrupted tacview file in there.

Yep. Try a few flights without recording. If that works then try a flight with a short recording (1-2 secs). If that works you should be good. If I record 10-20 minutes it can often take equally long to leave the standby screen.
