Still listening to My Tinnitus.
Good people sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.
Someday your life will flash in front of your eyes. Make sure it is worth watching.

Bad Company - Burnin Sky (off the new live CD)
Speaking of which, if you like Bad Company, the new live CD is actually an old concert with Paul Rodgers still as the lead singer. I recommend it highly. It's called Bad Company Hard Rock Live

As I was pulling in the driveway a few minutes ago S.A.T.O. by Ozzy was playing in the Jeep*. Along with Aces High and Red Barchetta, that may be one of the ultimate top & doors off driving tunes. *I just installed a new stereo in my Jeep, after having ruined the old one last year when I pulled the tarp off and what had to have been 5 gallons of water ran right into the stereo. What I got this time was an MS-IP500G waterproof marine stereo. Instead of a CD player you just dock your iPod inside it and enjoy your tunes that way. It's great - no need to choose between carrying a bunch of CDs and switching them when you want to hear something else or just bringing a few and then deciding you want to hear something else. So if you have a Jeep that spends a lot of time topless, this stereo may be what you're looking for.

Oh, you mean Damon Albarn, Panzer? He and DJ Danger Mouse (his main collaborator for the Plastic Beach album) were also the masterminds behind the experimental "The Good, the Bad, and the Queen" a few years ago. Great stuff- I really love his vision and range of tastes when it comes to influences for the music. As for what I'm listening to right now, Jamiroqui- Virtual Insanity.
