Wow, talk about confusing. And I've spent a good part of my evening trying to get my Saitek X45 set up, but to no avail. I still have no control over the airplanes. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Don't have much patience for this sort of thing...well, I don't have much patience, period. About to give up. Hell, It's not like I don't already have enough flight sims.

They use the same interface which was used in Wings of Prey and Apache Air Assault. It could be done better no doubt (they even could implement similar one to the original Il 2 Sturmovik).

Did you checked if there is a profile for your stick in the controll options? If there is try using it - it saved me a lot of trouble configuring my TM Flight Hotas X.

Use the Wizard, although your X-45 is getting a little long in the tooth it should work.

In response to the the topic title, although you don't actually say which title, you are wrong.
Cliffs of Dover has without a doubt the worst interface. Just dreadful.

I had CH products and had burning hell trying to get WOP to work properly, especially the throttle axis.

Agreed here. I don't mind the interface. Sure as hell is better than CloD. I really like the hanger it just looks cool viewing all the models of the planes. My only complaint right now is when you mouse over something the info boxes that come up are HUGE. I'd like them a little smaller.

I finally got my joystick problems worked out and was flying on line. The destroyer mission, with Mustangs. Can't do a whole lot more, really. How do you progress, and free up some more missions? Do I just fly the same mission over and over again?
