Someone has actually made that game 2 or 3 years back. I forgot the title now, but I remember almost buying it until I read a review that said the game was extremely buggy. A lot of people either (a) like the equipment/realism bits and (b) find the whole 'plan, plant, grow, harvest' sort of compelling (in a relaxing way perhaps?). Good on em I say.. There's also a competitor called 'Agricultural Simulator 2011', but not seen so much about that..
