When I went through PT was done wearing BDUs & sneakers, but we ran down to the airfield in boots - not comfy ones, either, if you just came from AIT! One rule I remember was "no jump boots and no new boots." After PT we put our boots back on, hit the chow hall, grabbed helmets, ponchos, and canteens, then off to training we went. Are the bars still there at the mess halls ? Pescador I can see that. I'm still wondering how there is a jump school this month when my friend's was cancelled though.
