It's a program which allows you to boot EAW in a desktop window, not full screen, but almost. It seems to fix screen tearing, which is a problem with some new cards. If your going to make a high end spec Win98, or XP machine you should not need this program.

My machine for instance is P4 3 GHz processor, with 4 gig RAM, and an ATI PCI Express X1050 Graphics card with 128meg on board memory, working with Win XP Pro, Dx 9.0c, and ATI Catalyst 10.2 graphic drivers. Do not use the latest Catalyst drivers as you loose the Fog.
