Greetings -

I have decided to learn all the particulars of FC2. I have been trying a mission that requires a ramp start of the Su25t. Well, I get the engines going, but the throttle is unresponsive. I tried turning on the electrical systems, with the control-J but I cannot tell if that is even doing anything. So, I am just sitting with engines idling.

I will give another go through to make sure my throttle is setup correctly, but I am pretty sure it is. In the meantime any suggestions? One more thing: with the engine start key sequences do I need to hold both keys down for a few seconds or just press them once?

Thanks for any help.

Ralt+Home starts the autostart process for the left engine, rctrl+Home starts the right engine. Once you start the process you don't need to keep the keys held down to finish the startu process.

If your engines aren't responding to the throttles after startup, you have an axis assignment problem - there's no key, switch, or process needed to "engage" the throttles.

I sincerely appreciate the clarification. And yes, it was an axis assignment problem. The Rube Goldberg control setup is ridiculous!

Thank you sir!
