I'm getting the missing comct232.ocx etc. when I try to run this. Any ideas?

At one time Mr. J had a link to those files.

Looking smile

I have Win7 but the old Visual Basic 6 is installed which has that file so the studio runs OK for me.

I'll get back to you ASAP.

I just put a "3dzStudioInstall.exe" in the 3Utilities" folder at the FTP. It is a 7-zip self installer.
When extracted it makes a folder with the installation package in it. Run "Setup.exe". It will set it up as a program, but more importantly it will install the runtime files, including the one that is missing.
Sometimes more than one is missing, but it crashes at the first so you do not know if there are others.
Do not replace your existing studio, you should still be able to use it.

Thanks Tony. Now, I'm at work and have misplaced the password. Would you send me a PM with it? Otherwise I'll pull it up when I get home.

Merci, Mike

never mind, my memory just improved... wave
