Pretty much a crap set-up for gaming in theory but it actually does ok; I'm seeing 40+ fps in War Thunder with medium settings and that's in the canyon maps where the detail is just incredible.

I can't believe how smooth this game runs online with 32 people; I have not seen any warping or UFO behaviour at all which is really encouraging for the future.

God knows what it looks like on a decent comp. with everything maxxed out, with a decent set of missions for online/offline co-op this will be an awesome title.

I can't comment on the quality of the WT flight models specifically, but they have nothing to do with Il-2. Gaijn only received performance data from 1C.

You can side slip down the runway without the sides of the wheels gripping, like the Il-2 series.

Gaijin borrowed the IL-2 1946 FM and modified it for their use in WOP. The IL-2 FM was decent enough so I wouldn't have a problem if they modified it for WarThunder aswell. I just hope they've made the maps large enough for uses other than furbals. The BOB map appears to be the same size as the BOB WOP map which is very disappointing.
