Problem activating Close Quarters after buying Premium.

I finally took the plunge and boy do I regret it. I was not really that fussed about CQ to be honest, but I thought I would probably buy the other DLC (armoured Kill etc) and I am fed up of being excluded from certain servers due to not having CQ.
Anyway, yesterday morning I bought Premium for £40(shudders), and expected to spend a few minutes downloading, shortly followed by getting shot many times in the back of the head in an enclosed area. As it turned out I got no download (Karkland was automatic as I recall) and can find no link to download it either on Battlelog or on Origin. Battlelog tells me I own CQ but when I try to enter a server it tells me it is not installed. Origin tells me I have B2K and Premium installed but no mention of CQ.
I have tried:
Restarting Origin.
Reinstalling Origin.
Repair Install.
Update game(it tells me its up to date)
All to no avail.
I've contacted Support letting them know I've tried the above steps to no avail, and they promptly e-mailed me back with some links recomending that I try the steps I've told them I've already tried. Genius. I wonder how some people get paid for replying to e-mails they've clearly not read.
Anyway has anyone else experienced this, or have any ideas for a solution?

When I bought it, I went to my games or whatever its called after the purchase, clicked on the play button on BF3 box, it downloaded a couple GB and that was it.

I had the same problem after install, but I did what Skate did: opened the Origin program and saw the button to DL the extra content.

When I bought it, I went to my games or whatever its called after the purchase, clicked on the play button on BF3 box, it downloaded a couple GB and that was it. Well thats exactly what I expected to happen, but when I click on BF3 through Origin it simply launches BF3 as normal, no download at all. I got another e-mail from EA support suggesting I should completely reinstall BF3 from scratch. Nothing else to try it seems.

i had a button to press to "Play" the game, then I had a Button to press to download DLC that I had Purchased.

Open Origin, Right Click Game, Show Details, Choose Download Files...
I think i did that too.

Thanks Skate but its just not showing up there. I've uninstalled and I'm re-downloading as of now..
