Two different servers, two different players. Looked up their stats afterward and neither had exceptional statistics. One single shot killed me with a pistol while juking back and forth several times at distances past 30 yards...once while he was in flight between stairwells on Scrapyard. Other player single shot killed me about 5 times in a row with both of us coming around corners or into streets on Seine. No significant difference in ping times and in the second case, no damage appeared to register on the guy though I fired first and saw hits register.
I really wish DICE/EA would get after Paypal to stop accepting accounts from hack sights. No money for subscriptions would mean no updates for hacks. Maybe we need to petition Paypal that hack sites are associated with Penn State football?

at least your not getting killed by "AMMO BOX" 's yet... I had that happen to me, and TBH, I scoffed it off at the time, but I havent played a match since then. But I'm Blaming the HEAT plus ST:O and DCS World for that. only got so many hours after work to play, 1 mission in DCS usually takes most of it. plus if its too hot I leave my system off.

Client side hit detection = online gaming confusion. Not saying you are wrong, just food for thought is all.

We all get wierd things. Put half a mag into someones back and they turn around and kill you. Start shooting a guy with an assault rifle and he single shots you with a pistol. Meet someone face to face both shoot, you know you hit him, you die he's 100%. My favorite you shoot someone, he kills you, and it shows him at 0%, when he dies you 100% kill assist.
These things happen with guys that I know for a fact are not cheating.

Latest thing I have been running into are run/jump key combos. Kids just running and jumping constantly.
Look like they are kangaroos. I don't know if it gives any advantage.

hard to head shot them if they are jumping around, its always been an issue with online games.

I remember playing Counter Strike originally.. Bunnyhopping would get you kicked then banned from a server..was worse on CS as it also made you run quicker. Pain in the ass but it happens.
