Just flew my first mission in the St. Mihiel campaign...making the schnapps run for my squaddies.

LOVE the way the campaign starts up with the media effects. Nicely done!

I hate these sales!

I've got no money at all after shelling out for some Cougar MFDs and a new comfy leather chair to fly in and yet now I find myself another $50 lighter of pocket and 2 'planes, all weapon & field mods and a campaign heavier!

It wouldn't be so bad, except that the only aircraft I have any real time in is the Spad 13C1 - despite having purchased the Soppy Triplane, Camel, SE5a, DH2 & 4, RE-8, F2b and 0/400!

I really have to sort myself some serious stick time. Too much Falcon/DCS/FSX and ArmA2 et al and not enough 777

No wonder I daren't venture online...

PS - I was tempted to get the personal package and that 1911 firecracker, but I don't really see the point (for me) as I'm sure pulling yer gat and firing on others was severely frowned upon....?

I'm going to buy something just to show support. When there is a firm date on the new map, I'll buy that for sure.

For now, I'm not going to spend much, but I'll spend something.

But seriously, 777 Guys, make a simplified mission editor, something on par with the IL2 ME, I'll even give you a couple of dollars for that.

Why these sales are always at the end of the month. I'm out of my gaming budget.

only got ROF download installed and working a couple weeks ago,
and figured i would add some stuff this payday-
i now have the ice upgrade, st. mihiel and all the german single seat fighters,
as well as a few allied ones- less than $40!

If you have already purchased a plane or bought ICE previously then it will be unavailable. If you have a clean install of the F2P then you should be able to buy it.

Did the sale page used to show what we already had, thought there was a symbol beside the plane if I had it? I signed in but it does not indicate what planes I already have.

St Mihel is really great, I enjoyed the missions even though the planes involved aren't my favourites.

Vander adds quite a lot of stuff that you won't see in career mode, static aircraft and movement at airfields and you takeoff into the wind, night missions with searchlights. St Mihel is well worth the emission price.

I hope the next campaign is an RFC one:)

I now own, or have preordered, all the planes and the channel map! hmm, now if only I could actually fly the Entente planes for more than 5 minutes without crashing!

I presume the sale is now over? I see the quantity discounts, but no labels otherwise to indicate sale pricing.
