i was skeptical of the bezel... something didnt seem right, and now we know what it was,.

my Zune HD is similar, the actual Physical Bezel is 1 MM, but the Bezel under the display glass is more like 4 or 5 MM.

And that number is certainly possible for larger displays, as LG did 4.9mm (~1/5 of an inch) on the LM960V TVs.
