I just got Medal of Honor on sale at Amazon.com.
Loaded it up and have run into a problem I've never seen before. The opening cut scene runs fine, but once the truck your in crashes and you fall out and you then take control of your character with the WASD keys and mouse I get this spinning screen! It looks like my character is staring up at the ceiling and the ceiling is spinning around clockwise. You can't use any of the movement keys and by moving the mouse from side to side you can get the spinning motion to slow down but not stop.

So basically I sit there looking at the ceiling spinning and am unable to move !

Anyone else have this problem or heard of it ?? I have plenty of power to run the game and ran the hardware test to get the best video settings. With the mouse I can shoot, change weapons with the wheel and go to iron sights with the right button, in other words the mouse works fine, I just can't move due to the spinning. I'm guessing some video setting is off kilter because it only starts up when you actually start to play the game.

Any help would greatly be appreciated as I am dying to play this and it is unplayable now.

This may sound like a stupid thing to say, but is a key stuck? Or do you have a joystick/wheel or anything like that somehow screwing things up. Even a writing tablet with its pen thingie can do that......ask me how I know that one.

Yep, disconnect any pedals, sticks, or game pads.

So, you think it could be my joystick screwing it up ?? I'll try disconnecting it and see what happens, its never been a problem before. I don't have any game pads or pedals connected. I also saw some guy on the EA forums had the same problem so I will try there too.

Had similar issue with other FPS game, and it was my throttle that coused this behaviour as it's the only control that is usually off center (at idle position) and therefore provides max input in some direction.
