And with it my IFL1944, I have even forgotten where it was I downloaded it from. Any idea how I can recurect it without paying for another copy?

If you bought a digital download copy, you should have a purchase confirmation receipt at an email address? That should give you who you bought it from, and from there recover your download and key.

Now all I have to do is remember who I downloade it from,...was there a distributor named IB or something like that? I have completely forgotten

Closest I can think of to "IB" might be "BI" - Bohemia Interactive's store?
