I've bought a junior license (may upgrade later) as it looks amazing, almost lifelike smile

Is there any AI in the sim yet or is it just you on the track?

There is AI, but it is a little silly at the moment.. still a great game considering it's in alpha.

Come join the pCARS member group over at the WMD forum too. It's pretty dead at the moment but when multiplayer comes in then we can start organizing some events there.

There are a lot of niggles here and there, but remember where we are in the project - Pre Alpha. Not even Alpha let alone Beta, so there's a lot going on right now. However, we're already in a fantastic place, I'm loving being a part of the development process!

Is DX11 not working yet? I had blacked out textures when I tried it.

The DX11 .exe runs fine here. What cars/tracks are you seeing blacked out textures on?

I never had any issues with DX11. As a matter of fact I only run Cars in DX11. Did you run it as an admin? Also is your DX up to date?

It's only in the garage view, out on the track it's ok.

Ive seen on the WMD forums setting for FFB for my wheel but nowhere in the game has those settings, is there an .ini file somewhere to edit?

EDIT: It's a known bug and has been reported on their forums http://forum.wmdportal.com/showthread.php?7607-Graphical-errors-in-the-DX11-mode-Ver.-0249

I'd strongly recommend Team Member+ to anyone who wants this game - The game develops VERY fast and sometimes a month feels like a long time to get the updates! If you want to be on the cutting edge with all the major updates it's a great investment. This also gives you access to the Highway Tracks which aren't Junior accessible yet.

You can buy Junior and then upgrade to Team Member for the difference in cost if you'd like to check the game out first too.

The DX11 garage bug is caused by Anti Aliasing. Turn that off and it's solved, but it only affects the garage view, in game is fine, so it's not worth turning it off just for that IMO!

Most FFB settings are usually for the steering wheel driver settings (Logitech/Thrustmaster/Fanatec etc software) You also have the F1 key which brings up the developer panel, there are some FFB tweaking tools in there too, but they do not save, they're just for testing.

Is that video card specific? I'm running a AMD HD card with Anti-Aliasing on and I never have black textures anywhere.
