Ok, I have had a copy of DCS A10. I been busy for a while so I have not had a chance to play. Well I need to up date the sim and I cant remember my password. It tells me to enter my email so I do. It says it is sending my info to my email and I never get it, yes I have checked my junk mail but nothing. I cant log into tech support because I dont have my password. Any ideas

If you have your old confirmation e-mail from original purchase then you have your activation key. Getting the game files doesn't require having a special logon but I'm sure you want to recover your account eventually regardless.

Do you have your original email receipt of your purchase with the transaction number on it?
Just say if you have that, don't give out the number.

It'll get resolved if you have that, IME.

You don't need to log in to download the game or any updates. If you've not deactivated it and not changed your PC or reinstalled windows since the last time you played, you won't need any information. Just download the files and use them.

I understand this would only be a temporary resolution, but it could get you up and flying.
