I've about finished selling both my 6970s on ebay (good riddance!) and am in the market for a 670, likely an EVGA, maybe their FTW 4G version.

Is anyone here running this, or any of the 2G 670s, and if so, what do you think of it, both in terms of heat and abiilty to run demanding games at high res (i.e., at least 1920x1080 but preferably higher)

I have the 2GB 670 (check sig) and it runs BMS, FC2 and Arma II perfectly. Heat is no problem for me, I have a Antec 900 and my computer sits under the A/C vent. Sometimes I have to get a blanket cause it gets too cold. At idle it runs around 32c and while playing BMS the highest it got was 45c. I have 2 monitors hooked up to it both at 1920x1200 and I'm planning on hooking up another monitor (15") for dails and gauges in BMS and vent/ts on it. I have the EVGA FTW and I'm happy with it so far. I run all me games on high/highest settings, view distance in Arma is 2000 meters. All me games run smooth, I haven't even O/C my CPU yet, cause there is no need to yep. However, I am planning on O/Cing it and seeing what my FPS are from the stock 3.3Ghz to 4.2 or higher.

Same here, I run a EVGA 670 SC 4GB, I use it for triple monitor and it runs everything great with no heat probs, I haven't really had anything that exceeded 2GB yet so the extra memory is mainly for future proofing to leave my options open.

The FTW 4GB was not out when I bought it, but I am really happy with this card.
