Yeah, it doesn't move anymore. No response.

That's strange, I felt it as some mechanical failure ... wouldn't surprise me that much after 4 and a half years of intense racing biggrin rebooting now.

Is it permanently mounted? If not, maybe a loose connection somewhere inside the wheel housing could be causing the lack of input.

If you felt some sort of mechanical failure, then it could be more. mad

Permanently mounted, yep.

I now think it's a USB issue, when I plug it in, he has some convulsions - three times, with some strenght, and then the power light is flashing. Logitech software can't detect it.

Yep. Uninstall the Logitech software, remove any residue of folders. Shut down the laptop. Disconnect the wheel. Boot back up without the wheel connected. If you have a jump drive, try it in the USB slots and see if it recognizes the USB device correctly in the ports. Are you running on a USB hub? If yes, direct connect to the laptop.

I thought it worked : G25 detected, everything looked ok... but no, still losing the steering. It seems that when I turn the wheel quickly, it gets lost and doesn't realize i'm turning it.

And same problem again ... frown

Arthur, is it just the sudden movements that are causing the steering to go away? Or, does it seem to go away after a certain amount of time? If it's a time thing, it could be temperature related maybe.

Answer B Sir ! Good idea, Steve. I'll disassemble it tomorrow, I don't have the tools but I know someone who does. And I have to sleep, alarm clock rings in 7 hours from now skyisfalling

Whatever the result of this will be, thank you very much Doug and Steve for trying the best you can to save my wheel - you are my hopes smile

damn that sucks Arthur... To me it sounds like a loose power connection, so hopefully it's just a loose wire that's a easy fix... Good luck with it dude...

Hi guys,
because of family, I do not have enough time to practise, and definitely do not want to spend it with car setup.
Do anyone has a setup to share? I do not wanna break record times, the safer the better. smile

I'll post my setups later this week, probably tomorrow.

Well all seems OK with the wheel, checked everything but it still doesn"t work ... Not temperature-related as it was clean, today it didn't work at all and still doesn't want to run. RIP G25 goodnight
