carrick58 Member Registered: 08/12/10 Posts: 804	Sgt, Horce Cumberback RFC, 46 Sgn, Bruay, France 4 Aug 1917. Hq wanted a do over since the Sqn didn't knock down the Boche Balloon. Took 4 Pups of B Flight and Hopped on over. My chaps got the Balloon but it attracted trouble My #4 attacked the boche flight of 4 Albatros Veee strutters I dove to help Edited by carrick58 (07/08/12 12:45 AM)

carrick58 Member Registered: 08/12/10 Posts: 804	As I leveled out of the dive, the Hun Scout was low and slow I poured on the fire from my Vickers making hits un till it jammed Imagine my surprize as the Hun Scouts wing came off Corkscrewing up I spotted my Wingman ( the #2 a/c) having sport with another Hun Scout
