Hi ArgonV.

I'm only the messenger.

As for SDOE, I have a copy of the game, in my museum. biggrin

Hi ArgonV.

No, I did install it, then played it, got bored, and went back to EAW, and all in an hour! biggrin

That was back in 2001. wink

Hmm...to each his own...even though i have moved on...im still yet to fly any sim that had the...um...atmosphere if you will...of EAW...and ive flown pretty much all of them
I still remember the thrill i got every time i fired it up and heard that music...the hangar and breifing screens and the breifings themselves with the murmers of conversation in the background...and the dynamic campaign was second to none...i really felt like i was there doing my bit for the empire...
Its just a shame the graphics are not, nor ever will be, up to todays standard...if anyone ever comes out with an EAW with modern graphics i will be in heaven...nothing compares...absolutely nothing...IMHO...of course...and like i said, to each his own...hope ive not offended anyone...take care old mates

Hey Tonester.. cheers

Do you have a notion where Red 6/2 is these days? Are you still in touch?

He had some other monikers too. I just can't remember them right now.
