I guess with the one thing "Flights" alaska and the show "Flying Wild Alaska" did, was boost interest in the area. So I tried a flight from Juneau to Anchorage , but In A DC-3 it will take forever, so I cheated a little.
There were some deer, that ran across the runway as I was taking off, butt fortunatly they have collision detection.

Nice!

Say, I didn't know that the runways in FSX could now have dips and elevation changes...or is that a custom addon?

Not in FSX... in X-Plane 10 however biggrin

Awesome shots Rob. Say, is this the default landscape or from an add-on ?

Cheers

No, its default. Ive been meaning to pick up "Inside Passage" for X-Plane 10, but something always comes up that I end up buying instead.

Daytime in the mountains and the final shot coming in to land are my favourites. Absolutely gorgeous!

Beautiful screen shots, mate. I know little of X-Plane. Never tried it. Does it come out of the box with the entire world like FSX?

Great shots Rob, Just an FYI, Tom Curtis the maker of of Inside Passage has been up in Alaska this past month
gathering data to update his scenery. Did not know this until I asked my son who keeps in phone contact with Tom
on a weekly basis. Should be some big upgrades coming to most of his scenery`s for 10x. Looking forward to the team
coming together for year 7 here, maybe even Austin Meyer and family might show this time.

Well, no one answered my question. So I will repeat it. Does XPlane 10 come out of the box with the entire world like FSX?
